a Chartered Accountant, a testament to his intellect and perseverance. Despite facing daunting challenges, he pursued his dreams with unwavering determination.

practicing C.A. HE started advising one of his client mr Bhailalbhai who was into light manufacturing business. Mr. Bhailalbhai, a discerning client of Mr. Lalani, recognized not only
his professional acumen but also the unwavering faith and honesty that defined him. Impressed by Mr. Lalani's integrity and commitment to excellence, Mr. Bhailalbhai saw the potential
for a fruitful partnership that would transcend mere business transactions. Soon in 1974 mr jagmohan Lalani became his partner and found his lighting industry to be his calling.
