1983

In 1983, Clearlite Electrical Pvt. Ltd. was founded by Mr. Jagmohan Lalani with a vision to manufacture the highest quality outdoor decorative lighting products for prominent brands in India. Our inaugural factory in Kurla, Mumbai, spanning 5000 sq.ft, marked the genesis of our commitment to precision and excellence.

2006

The year 2006 witnessed a significant expansion as we added a new unit in Vasai, Palghar—the heart of Mumbai's lighting manufacturing hub. This four-story facility, covering an expansive 50,000 sqft, was dedicated to the design, development, manufacturing, and testing of light fixtures. In the same year, we also expanded by adding 5000 sqft to accommodate an anodizing process for our fixtures, further enhancing their durability and aesthetic appeal.

2018

Fast forward to 2018, a transformative year for us. A new 5000 sq.ft factory emerged in Nashik, Maharashtra, exclusively devoted to the manufacturing of decorative elements crafted from Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP). This expansion exemplifies our dedication to innovation and diversification.

Simultaneously in 2018, we proudly launched our own brand—Reytek. This strategic move allowed us to directly connect with our customers and bring our passion for quality and design to a broader audience.
